Merfolk

This artwork was inspired by Alex Constad's Merfolk from "River Herald's Boon" , which done for Magic the Gathering Expansion "Ixalan".
I have always been attracted by the merfolks from MTG. In this picture I wanted to depict the confrontation between the merfolk and the giant octopus, which protects the ancient artifact.
